为满足施耐德电气对绿色产品日益增长的需求和各地法律法规对碳排放管理的相关要求，我司根据“GHG Protocol” 和“ISO14064-1” 的相关标准对我司进行了年度碳排放调研。

鉴于本公司承接有涉及重要客户（包括但不限于国有企业、中央企业以及军工单位）的涉密订单，根据相关法律法规以及与上述重要客户所签订的保密协议要求，对于可能导致泄密风险的重要生产制造信息以及经营信息，本公司不便向外部公众予以公布。

In view of the fact that our company has undertaken confidential orders involving specific customers (including but not limited to state-owned enterprises and military industrial units), according to the relevant laws, regulations, and the requirements of the confidentiality agreements signed with the above-mentioned important customers, our company finds it inappropriate to disclose to the external public the important production and manufacturing information as well as the business operation information that may pose a risk of confidentiality leakage.

经本公司审慎评估及商业安排，上述信息仅向施耐德电气进行披露。基于此，特郑重要求贵司严格遵守保密义务，不得将该等数据向任何第三方进行公示、披露或传播。若贵司违反此项保密要求，将可能承担相应的法律责任。

After careful evaluation and commercial arrangement by our company, the above-mentioned information is only disclosed to Schneider Electric. Based on this, we hereby solemnly request your company to strictly abide by the confidentiality obligations and not to publicize, disclose or disseminate such data to any third party. If your company violates this confidentiality requirement, it may be liable for corresponding legal responsibilities.
